Alt-rock vanguards Dinosaur Jr. have been announced to play at Arts Club as part of Liverpool Music Week on Thursday 27th October.
An influential reference point in the 80s and 90s rock sounds coming out of the US, Dinosaur Jr. released albums like You're Living All Over Me and Bug - which features their iconic track 'Freak Scene'.
The band have just released their eleventh studio long-player Giving A Glimpse Of What Yer Not (listen to 'Tiny' above), formed between its original members.
On the back of the release and last years live shows to celebrate 3 decades since their debut, this represents another landmark gig for Liverpool Music Week.
Also performing as part of LMW 16 is Warpaint for the opener, John Carpenter on Friday 28th October, Clean Cut Kid the following night and GoGo Penguin on Tuesday 1st November.
