These events are spread up and down the country so whether you're looking for something local or a day trip, we have you covered. Chris McCausland Speaky Blinder

Where: Southport Comedy Festival, Victoria Park, Southport

Whether you've seen him on Would I Lie To You? Have I Got News For You, QI or the countless other UK comedy shows that Chris McCausland has been on, you'll know him as a comedian capable of making you laugh with brutal putdowns and hilarious gags. This standup show is not to be missed.

Cathedral of Comedy: David O'Doherty

Where: Newcastle Cathedral, Newcastle Upon Tyne

David O'Doherty is an award-winning comedian who when he isn't doing his own standup can be found with plenty of laughs on shows such as 8 Out Of 10 Cats. Now he's coming to Newcastle as part f the Cathedral of Comedy which brings a fine line-up of comedy talent to the city each month.

Tattoo Tea Party

When: Saturday 9th- Sunday 10th April

Where: Manchester Central Convention Complex, Manchester

This convention will celebrate all the best things about tattooing. A multi-cultural showcase that will show off some of the very best art that you can find on these shores. If you're looking for inspiration, wanting to get inked or you're wanting to learn from some of the best then this is the event for you.

Big North Tattoo Show

When: Saturday 7th- Sunday 8th May

Where: Utilita Arena, Newcastle Upon Tyne

The Utilita Arena will be hosting one of the biggest tattoo shows in the North as it invites over 300 of the world's best tattoo artists to convene You can even get tattooed by them yourself or watch the very best in their craft work away whilst browsing for your next design.

Ignxtes x GnG Presents Suave

When: Sunday 27th February

Where: Cloud 23, Manchester

If you fancy a night of canapes and champagne with a view of Manchester that is to die for in the iconic Cloud 23 bar then come along to this event. With a sophisticated dress code, this is an excuse to get all dressed up as DJs provide you with the right sounds to keep your spirits up all night.

Boom Disney Brunch

When: Saturday 26th March

Where: Boom Battle Bar, Swindon

If bottomless house draught, selected cocktails, prosecco and street food sound good then come down to the Boom Disney Brunch. Feel free to indulge to your heart's content With this being a Disney themed event, it is of course hosted by Elsa, with photo opportunities to be had with Disney characters and plenty of Disney themed activities.

Big Luv Presents the Cup Final Party

When: Sunday 27th February

Where: Shankley Hotel, Liverpool

Liverpool have made it to the League Cup final where they'll be playing Chelsea at Wembley. Predictably, it is an absolute hassle to get tickets but you can still celebrate in the right way. The Shankley Hotel in Liverpool are hosting a party for the match and will be screening it with some live music in the buildup.

Super Bowl Sunday

Where: Bierkeller, Birmingham

The Super Bowl is almost upon us as The Cincinnati Bengals will take on the Los Angeles Rams. It's one of the biggest sporting events of the year and definitely something worth staying up for. You can watch the entire thing from bierkeller in Birmingham and keep yourself up with some pints.

Fern Brady- Autistic Bikini Kill

When: Wednesday 23rd February

Where: The Leadmill, Sheffield

Fern Brady is a name on everybody's lips this year. The comedian's career has really taken off and her podcast Wheel Of Misfortune has been nominated for various awards. She'll be embarking on her own standup tour this year and this is your chance to see a rising star in action.

Magic Goes Wrong

When: Tuesday 15th February

Where: Apollo Shaftesbury Avenue, London

Created by the world-famous musicians Penn & Teller, this magic show presents a night of ambitious illusions, breath-taking tricks and side-splitting comedy. A charity fundraiser, every laugh is for a good cause and it's a show full of spectacle and performance that is full of imagination.
