Dave has been nominated for Most Promising Newcomer in this year's Empire Magazine Film Awards, to be held at the Round House on 19th March 2017.

Dave's tour starts on the 24th March 2017 in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Check out the tour list for venues and dates.

Dave is gearing up for a busy few months. After finishing shooting a delightful short film in his native Newcastle, Dave attended the BAFTA Ceremony at the Albert Hall in London on Sunday, 12th February, where I, Daniel Blake won the BAFTA for Outstanding British Film of 2017. The award was presented by Nicole Kidman and Dev Patel.

Dave's about to start shooting a brand new British comedy film. It's being backed by one of the big Hollywood studios. It has an awesome cast of top names and Dave has one of the lead roles. Look out for press in the next few weeks.

Dave will be recording a stand up set for a new series of The Stand Up Show on BBC Radio 4 hosted by Fred Macaulay on 4th April 2017.

Dave will be appearing at the Pleasance King Dome at this year's Edinburgh Festival with his brand new show.

Look out for a two page feature on Dave in the new Esquire Magazine coming soon.

Look out for Dave's hilarious guest appearance on Alan Davies' comedy show As Yet Untitled to be broadcast during February 2017.

In 2017 Dave will also be appearing as a guest on Jack Dee's new TV show, Help Desk.

March 9th will see Dave recording Radio Four's BBC Scotland topical quiz show Breaking the News.

Dave will be a guest on Channel Four's Sunday Brunch on 19th March 2017.
