Community film festival is taking place in Liverpool

From September 24 to 27, Anfield People’s Cinema will be showcasing six films across four days. With free entry, food from local businesses will be provided to cultivate a community in Liverpool’s Anfield. 

With support from Cinema For All’s Platform programme and BFI awarding funds, pop-up cinema screenings will be happening across Anfield, following contributions from over 60 residents.

Letter to Brezhnev at All Saints Parish Centre on Thursday 24 September from 7 pm - 10 pm

Back to the Future at BNENC Sports Hall on Friday 25 September from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm

The Long Day Closes at Richmond Bowling Club on Saturday 26 September from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. 

Kes at Richmond Bowling Club on Saturday 26 October from 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Wolfwalkers at Liverpool Irish Centre on Sunday 27 September from 1 pm - 3:30 pm 

Black Girl at Kitty’s Laundrette on Sunday 27 September from 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm
