It’s not long now! Soon we’ll be out, a bit too tipsy, and telling strangers our life story in the smoking area before running back onto the dance floor because a banger’s come on. Then, we’ll all count down at the top of our lungs before partying our way through the early hours of the 1st of January.

Motion is home to some of Bristol's best, wildest, most thrilling events so, if you end up here this NYE, you’re in very safe hands. For the 31st, a high-energy lineup will reign down on the venue with drum and bass, jungle, UKG, bass music, and amapiano. Some of the names taking to the deck include Basslayerz, Bryan Gee B2B Chimpo, Gardna, Problem Central, Skeptical, DJ Hype, and many more.

NYE Bristol • Eats Everything Presents: History of Rave

Where: The Marble Factory in Bristol

The Marble Factory’s NYE event, called History of Rave, will take you on a journey as you explore the rave culture of past and present, all wrapped up in one eight-hour rave. Bristolian titan Eats Everything will bring the party alongside Special Request, ABSOLUTE, Kilimanjaro, and Gina Breeze. Head over to enjoy the sounds of house, techno, disco, and electronic tunes all night long.

SWX Presents New Years Eve

Where: SWX in Bristol

SWX is the place to go if you and your mates all have different genres or just want to switch up the vibe throughout the night. In room one, there’s house, dance, and bass tunes, and in the second, there’s R&B, grime, bashment, and hip hop. Finally, room three offers pure party anthems all night long. Keeping the party going strong until 4 am, this SW X party is a solid choice for NYE.

Bristol Clock Factory NYE: My Nu Leng, Congo Natty, Gray + More!

Bristol’s newest city centre event space, Clock Factory, will be blasting breaks, DnB, jungle, and hardstyle tunes across its two floors from 10 pm ‘til 4 am. As a cracking new venue, the night will feature a fully immersive LED wall that wraps around the stage, festival-grade lasers, incredible sound systems, and a stellar lineup. Speaking of lineups, on this one we’ve got My Nu Leng and Dread MC with a DnB set, Congo Natty, Gray, Bish, Samurai Breaks, Nicky Blackmarket with a 90s set, and so many more.

Coroners Court NYE 2022: Clipz, Napes, Zoro, Killa P, Hamdi

One of Bristol’s best venues, Lakota will have the likes of Clipz, Sota with Stezzy, Anais B2B Anton with Deanie Rankin, and other drum and bass jockeys in Coroner’s 1. Coroner’s 2 will be 140 and jungle with Hamdi, Zoro & Killa P, Napes with a 140 jungle set, Rez & Stezzy, and more. If you aren’t in the know, Lakota has been a much-loved venue for 15 years. Spread across three floors with four dance floors, it’s one of the best clubs in the country and definitely worth a visit if you love clubs, tunes, and great vibes.

NEW YEARS EVE at Loco Klub

Where: The Loco Klub in Bristol

Fancy bursting into the new year in an underground tunnel rave? If so, Loco Klub welcomes you to enjoy its psychedelic light shows, circus performers, stilt walkers and more as you jam all night long to house and techno beats. There’ll be plenty of visual wonders alongside tunes by J.O.S.H.U.A (live), Edetto, Dani Whylie, Robots with No Soul, The Yard Woman, and Transistor Rhythms.
