Nestled right in the centre of the Kings Road Arches Hideout is already planning a calendar of heavyweight dancefloor events all with a strong underground ethos.
Hideout?s mission is to bring forward the freshest talent alongside established artists, allowing local and grassroots brands and promoters to build their image in their exclusive setting, showcasing their talent to Brighton?s ever growing community. Though primarily a place for heavy bass and thumping beats to call home Hideout isn?t excluding genres and will be opening its doors to a plethora of the next generation of influencers.
With the intimacy of a 300 capacity venue matched with their thumping Funktion One System Hideout is being carefully crafted for self-expression and carefree evenings of unique musical experiences. Hideout?s shows will feel exclusive, driven by the strong sense of community its founders are hoping to build in their space along the seafront?s thriving night-life scene. The prominence in Hideout?s intention is their dedication to embracing the true underground culture that still exists today.
Hideout?s launch weekend planning is deep underway; promising audiences a journey into specialist, top-notch electronic music with the help of Brighton?s own Nightshift Records. Expect Friday March 2nd to be a night to be steeped in high octane techno as Nightshift Records kicks off the launch teaming up with Darmec for a bass filled evening of dancefloor filling madness. Darmec has already shown his prominence on the underground scene, rising up Beatport?s Hard Techno Charts to number one no less than nine times, gaining support from the likes of Deadmau5 along the way.
Truly starting as they mean to go on Hideout?s opening weekend will be a double hit of energy with Saturday night bringing the Colours crew and Saucy Records together, including an exclusive DJ set from Rinse FM?s already renowned Marcus Nasty. He'll be joined by the rapidly growing Brighton based Freddie Martinand Inkline, alongside more of Saucy records finest. Saturday is set to be jammed with bassline and garage, promising heavy beats way into the early hours.
It?s not just their opening weekend that?s already got people buzzing about Brighton?s new spot, it?s their upcoming calendar of events that?s also got people talking, from Bass Levels Conducta takeover through to their Wonky Hunt Easter Weekend special.
Brighton is bursting at the seams with underground talent, and with Hideout?s team working hard to build the best venue for artists to call home you can expect to hear plenty more as Hideout approaches it?s anticipated opening weekend party.
