Bradford's The Loading Bay is set to reopen in May. Having initially been created for the City of Culture programme in 2025, the venue will be coming back.

Last year, The Loading Bay held various exhibitions including Bill Bailey's Extraordinary Portraits, as well as a magic show by Stephen Frayne (previously known as Dynamo) and a photography exhibition about the city's Caribbean and Ukrainian communities. The space itself is in a former Marks & Spencer warehouse, and it will now be a 200-capacity theatre and gallery.
