Celebrating 20 years as one of the UK's truest and most consistent independent record labels, championing the underground UK hip-hop scene, Blah Records is bringing back its original and most notorious crew, the Cult of the Damned, for three shows in Manchester, Bristol and London.

The first time the group has assembled in over 8 years, we're not yet sure who from the ever-shifting lineup of a dozen-plus rappers has been called up to the mic. But, with the likes of Lee ScottBlack Josh, Sly Moon, Bill ShakesSalarBeTheGun, Stinkin Slumrok, Bisk, King Grubb, Tony Broke, and Sleazy F Baby ready to spit, just know...

"The Blah Cult shall save you all one by one and deliver purity of soul to the most dedicated among you by dispelling the evil currencies corrupting your sacred divine auras!"

Originally conceived in 2006 by Lee Scott and Alex Jennings, Blah Records emerged from a creative movement that began taking shape in the mid-2000s. Its roots trace back to 2004, when growing hype around the Antiheroes (Lee Scott and Salar) led to a meeting with Monster Under The Bed (now Milkavelli) at a London headline show, uniting young, disenfranchised creatives from different backgrounds.

This collision of talent formed the Children of The Damned crew (now Cult of the Damned), who became inseparable from the Blah identity. Although the label was briefly set up as a formal company, it soon dissolved, leaving Lee Scott to continue independently, releasing music and developing Blah Records into the enduring creative brand it is today.

Hitting up The Blues Kitchen in Manchester on the 7th May, The Jazz Cafe in London on the 8th May, and Exchange in Bristol on the 14th May, tickets for Cult of the Damned will be available at 10am Tuesday 10th February at the link on their Insta above.
