Gorilla

Housed in a bricked railway arch underneath Manchester's Oxford Road Station, Gorilla arrived in late 2012 as the latest addition to Trof's quirky family of bars and clubs in the city. After taking over the space that was once the much loved Green Room theatre and bar on Whitworth Street West, Gorilla stood up, beat its chest, and quickly set about making the space work anew - turning the main railway arch into a cool, two storey, glass fronted bar, kitchen and gin parlour, and creating a 600 capacity gig/club/comedy venue in what was once the Green Room's theatre space.
