What items are Permitted / What to Bring to Walsall Pride Festival
Permitted / What to Bring You can bring the following items to Walsall Pride Festival
Wallet with cash/card & government approved ID
Factory sealed small water bottle (max 1L, must have an intact factory seal)
Fully charged phone and battery pack (tag us on socials with #walsallpride)
Non-professional cameras
Flags, banners or hand made signs (no hard poles, no corporate/company branding except for Approved Sponsors, and no signs promoting illegal activity or hate speech)
Small bags, backpacks or purses (these will be searched upon entry)
Sunscreen and rain ponchos
Children under 10, and those with severe medical requirements, may bring limited pre-made food on-site, at discretion of security (proof may be required)
Small Foldable chair, stool or camping chair
Blankets
Your best pride outfit!

Items Not Permitted on the Walsall Pride Festival Site
Please do not bring anything on this list to the Walsall Pride Festival as it will be confiscated by security at the entrance.
Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon (including but not limited too, pen knives and cutlery)
Any Food items, drinks or alcohol (Only a sealed bottle of Water upto 1L is permitted - We have stalls selling cold drinks, hot drinks, alcohol and food)
Stickers, flyers, or advertising material, without prior written permission
Tent’s, bean bags, inflatable chairs or loungers. (Small Foldable chairs are permitted)
Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, Chinese lanterns, laser equipment/pens, toy guns, water guns, slingshots
Illegal substances (incl. laughing gas/balloons)
Glass of any kind (A small bottle of perfume/aftershave is however permitted upto 50ml)
Personal motorised vehicles (except a mobility scooter), or drones
Unauthorised professional photography, film or video equipment
Klaxons, air horns, megaphones, portable speakers (or other similar items capable of making loud noise)
Anything else not permitted by the Code of Conduct
This list is not exhaustive and our security team will have final say on entry to the festival site
Can I leave the festival site and re enter
Yes, your tickets will be exchanged for a wristband, as long as you dont remove your wristband you will be allowed re-entry, this will be subject to security checks.
Last Entry is 6pm
Can I bring my Dog
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome at Walsall Pride! 🐾 However, please follow these simple guidelines to keep everyone safe and happy at our busy event:
Keep your dog on a lead at all times.
Make sure your dog is comfortable with crowds, music, and noise.
Bring water to keep them hydrated, especially in hot weather.
Clean up after your dog – bins will be available throughout the site.
Be mindful of others – not everyone may be comfortable around animals.
We love seeing your furry friends, so feel free to dress them up in Pride colours and enjoy the celebration together! 🌈🐶
Is there any cover if it Rains
Both our Dance Arena and Cabaret stage are under cover in our Marquees
Will I be able to get food and drink
We will have a variety of food traders at the event as well as Licenced bars
Will payments be Cash or Card
Cash would be preferred as card payments will be subject to mobile signal (Please have exact cash required where possible please)
Our traders and food stalls may have card machines but these will work on a mobile signal and therefore we recommend bringing some cash just in case
