Venom Championship Wrestling runs live wrestling shows from the Stamshaw and Tipner Leisure Centre in Portsmouth!
We provide thrilling, hard hitting, non-stop action for the family to enjoy! Over the past few years our events have continued to grow and include exciting wrestling action and compelling storylines that leave you wanting more.
We have a roster stacked with impressive talent including TV's Jensen Theory who has featured on BBC1 and ITV1, kids favourite James Cena, Ash Slade, Karl Atlas and so much more.
We have a bar when you can purchase drinks and hotdogs and we support a different charity on each show!

FAQs
Are the shows family friendly?
The majority of our shows are suitable for the whole family to enjoy. From to time-to-time we do run over 18 shows, but these events will be clearly labelled.
Our family shows have something for everyone, even if you aren't a fan of wrestling!
What can we expect?
Venom provides shows packed with non-stop action. Each show has around 5-6 matches and the shows include compelling storylines.
In addition to the matches, the bar will be open to purchase drinks, you can have photos with our stars and we hold a charity raffle too!
How long does each show run for?
This is dependent on the event. The majority run between 2- 2.5 hours.
We have an interval at half time and on most events we encourage guests to have photos with our stars.
Is there parking?
There are several options available for parking.
- The mountbatten centre has a car park within walking distance. Currently, parking is free for four hours before a charge. Always check in case the charges change.
- Street parking- available for two hours for free. For longer parking, please speak to the team at the centre when you arrive who can provide you with a permit for £1.20.
The centre is easily accessible by public transport too.
Are there discounts for group bookings?
Yes, get in touch with us and we can discuss this with you.
Are the wrestlers trained?
Yes. All of our wrestlers are trained professionals who train with reputable training schools and/or have years of experience.
Do you provide private events?
Yes. We provide shows for a range of occasions including:
