Formula

Formula is a new dance music initiative rooted in community, collaboration, and ethics.

It’s underpinned by over 20 years spent on dancefloors, behind the turntables, and curating parties across the UK, emerging out of a chance conversation between two souls with similar visions. 

Built on three pillars — Rhythm, Place, and Purpose — tailored to each event, it marries a broad 40 year back catalogue of quality electronic music with unique spaces, promoting dancing as a catalyst for positive transformation inside and out: in particular de-stigmatising neuro-diversity, and raising awareness for important mental health related causes.

Electronic music is often associated with hedonism, but the appeal and resonance have always been much deeper, with the music offering a direct line to the human heart and soul. Formula seeks to harness these essential threads, with the 3 pillars interweaving to promote balance, mindful consumption and a safe space to be yourself and dance freely.
