Poorly managed! It took nearly 2 hours to get in, 2500 people and only 2 girls putting wristbands on everyone - only 45 mins before kick off did they think to get barriers out to stop people jumping the queue - so frustrating!

I've been to every Fanzone since it started and it's been amazing to watch it grow tournament by tournament. Such a good venue/event and it's always my favourite place to watch England play!

I attend all of the Fanzone's and always have the best time!

Great event, amazing atmosphere  very busy venue   so it's important to arrive earlier  to avoid the queues Definitely would go  again

Too many people allowed to jump the queue whilst others waited for nearly two hours. Security that didn't know how to control a queue or crowd and put up barriers to divert half the queue a longer way around just to slow the queue down, which meant that people ended up much further behind people who had arrived much later than them. One person scanning tickets and giving out wristbands at the entrance, for an event with 2,500 tickets sold. Cans of drink sold at the bar that were opened but not enough that when they were thrown in the crowd it didn't hurt to get hit by them. Just very poorly run.

Really disappointed with Richmond FanZone this year. There is clearly no event planners in place which led to queuing for almost 2 hours to get into the venue. Security were seen taking bribes to let people fast track through, and people were also jumping the queue. Lack of security presence which led to multiple fights taking place and at the end of the night a really serious incident which reflects poorly on Surrey. 
We did not get our VIP table as people were simply scratching off the printed out booking forms on each table and claiming it as their own, and when speaking to the team about this, they simply said they don't know what to do. 
Bar staff although friendly, clearly had no idea as to dealing with large queues and often served people that had just arrived as opposed to people standing there for 30 minutes.
When asking how to complain about the event, I received no response and I for sure will not be attending this awfully organised event again.

Amazing venue, great screen, great atmosphere, plenty of staff and security, highly recommend for the next tournament.
