Your ticket includes access to the Christmas Family Festival session you have booked, including Santa Meet & Greet, The Grinch LIVE, Christmas shows, character entertainment, balloon show, Christmas disco, games, snow experience, festive activities and our spectacular Santa SNOWTIME finale.

The festival is designed for families and children of all ages. Child tickets are available for ages 3–16.

Children under 3 can attend free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult/child ticket holder.

Yes! Santa will be at the festival for a special Christmas Meet & Greet experience.

For an even more personal experience, you can also upgrade to Santa’s Private Grotto Experience, which includes a private meeting with Santa and a special wrapped Christmas gift. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.

Absolutely! The Grinch is coming to Newcastle — and he's planning to cause some Christmas trouble! 💚

Each session lasts approximately 3.5 hours.

Morning: 10:00–13:30
Afternoon: 14:30–18:00

No. Your ticket is valid for the specific date and session time selected when booking. Please check your ticket carefully before completing your purchase.

Yes. Adults attending the event require an adult ticket. One adult is 50% off with every paying child.

The Private Grotto is pre-booking only and has limited availability, so we strongly recommend booking your upgrade in advance.
