Review of UK Garage vs UK Funky Old Skool Ravers Evening Party Brunch

Venue is ok for 18-20 year olds . Bottomless isnât really bottomless. 2 jugs of watered down âc**ktailâ and an Iceland pizza . No alcohol free option at all?! Bottled beers are in the bottomless option but we  wasnât told this but charged for drinks until we read you could get bottles in the offer on poster in the toilet. Photographer was very busy taking shots of the one girl throughout the night which gives a different impression of venue when posted online. Wasnât what I expected from the night however people wonât remember in the morning. I was very disappointed about no alcohol free option so I left even though I arranged it and came back at 11 to collect people. Get alcohol free beer!!

There was nothing Christmas about this brunch, with the exception of a free Santa hat. Not one Christmas song was played, there was no entertainment and the atmosphere was pretty flat. We waited over an hour for a gluten free pizza even though we were told it'll be ready in 10 mins. The bottomless drinks were the only thing to save it being a complete disaster and the staff were very friendly too.

Literally got kicked out as soon as the boxing was over! I booked the supper club 2 hours or drink, ( i wanted to upgrade mine to Prosecco and was told I  had to upgrade both people in the party ...) pizza and darts which was really good - a little slow on bringing new drinks but good fun. Then we managed to find a seat to watch the boxing, the stalls were all broken and dangerous to sit on!! The boxing was good and atmosphere good but warm beer and prosecco and then literally as it went off the bouncers aggressively told everyone to leave as there was a 'house event' due to start. Quite disappointing as this was a birthday event and I was not told we would have to leave!

My friends and I had a laugh but felt the place was dead, lacking in energy and atmosphere. So relieved the tick*ts were free! Over promised and under delivered on the scary Halloween promise.

Tropicana night- Club was empty, bar not stocked, toilets filthy and no soap. Club looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the night before. Was meant to be a 90s disco, we had to keep asking the DJ to play 90s music. All in all a shambles- don't bother!

Only about 8 people in the event. Music didn't get good until about 3 or 4 hours in. We left in the middle and came back and it wasn't any better. Shame.
