NOWIE is a community & network of women in events striving for a more equitable events industry

We foster professional growth, champion diversity, and inclusivity, providing a safe and empowering community built by women, for women.

Our networking events offer a safe and supportive environment for women to connect, share knowledge and integrate with others in their sector. We run these events in a variety of ways – both virtually and in person. We aim to make these accessible to as many people as we can, often opting for venues outside of London.
