Review of Motorfest Somerset

This was a very expensive day out and not what I expected. My tick*ts were not checked at the gate, could have saved myself nearly £65 by not having bought any. It was just a glorified fairground charging very high prices with some motorcycle stunts put on. The one and only monster truck cost £12 per person for a ride around a field and we left a little disappointed and definitely a whole lot poorer.

I was really shocked at how over priced the event was,.Â£25 per person  to walk around a over priced fun fair, with over priced food. there was just one monster truck, that gave people  a five minute ride for Â£12, the cue was really long. and they just looped the stunt bikes, so was very disappointing day out. Would not recommend. 

No monster trucks. Absolutely awful. Over priced.

Review of Monster Truck Motorfest Birmingham

I appreciate that due to events out of anyone's control the trucks were unable to get to the venue. We were told on arrival that all rides would be discounted and the truck ride would be free. Because I hadn't received an email notification that wasn't honoured and we had to pay full price even though actually paying entry for the event should have been evidence enough. We took our two grandchildren who got bored after queueing for an over an hour to have a 5 minute ride on the truck which never happened. All in all it was a very disappointing expensive day

Serious complaint submitted and request for full refund and fuel compensation. The worst event Iâve visited in my life - not only false advertising (there were no monster trucks) but unhygienic, run down fun fair and no event action. An hour queue to enter what was essentially a broken, grubby mix of fairground rides - for an Â£86 entry. Despicable rip off and will be escalating through every channel to resolve. The organisers should be ashamed - itâs a complete scam and a revolting way to rip off families and treat children.

Good day out although the money we paid and we got there to find out the monster truck (the main reason we went) was broken, had free rides on the other monster truck but wouldâve been a couple hours queuing up which we couldnât do as we had an 8 year old and 13 year old who have autism, rides were expensive at Â£5 per ride and the food was expensive too so you need a lot of money but despite that was a decent day out
