Memory Card Bristol

Memory Card is a monthly PlayStation 2 competition night held in the downstairs cinema room at The Ill Repute. It's designed as a social, low-pressure gaming event that recreates the feeling of gathering around a PS2 with friends in the early 2000s, rather than a modern esports tournament.

The concept is simple: one game, one evening, one champion.

Players pay £2 to enter (either on the door or in advance via Skiddle or Headfirst Bristol) and compete in a tournament built around a single PlayStation 2 classic. Whether it's frantic arcade racing, wrestling, shooters or party games, every event focuses on a different title, meaning each month feels completely fresh.
