Review of Paddys Day Carnival: Binks Yard Nottingham

Queue was ridiculous for the bar. Literally queued for hours.

Fantastic event at a great venue,  we had a great time. The massive issue was there wasn't enough bar staff  causing 30 plus minutes stood in a queue just to get to a drink. 
Otherwise all good.  More bar staff next time please!

Nothing but entry for the gate fee - overpriced everything once in, no access to the bar and portaloos only.

A huge disappointment. 

All of the bars were understaffed and all the spaces were over saturated with no where to stand. 

We didn't see any music or entertainment, as we spent the whole time in a queue. 

When we bought tickets for this event, we didn't intend on spending the afternoon and evening standing crammed in around a bar trying to buy drinks. It felt poorly organised and massively oversold. The event fell well below our expectations, the hype and advertising certainly didn't add up to what was on offer that day. Everywhere you turned there were queues for either food or toilets or drinks, which told us everything we needed to know. 

After a disappointing hour of queueing at the bar with no one able to get a drink, we decided to leave the event to find somewhere else that could offer a more enjoyable way to spend our time. 

A massive disappointment, definitely won't waste my money on tickets for any Live Republic//Binks Yard events in the future.

We had such a great time at our favourite place, Binks Yard, it didn't disappoint even though the weather was mixed, the atmosphere was lovely

Not great, crowded .. overpriced, queues everywhere...

Sadly I don't think the event was too great and very over priced for what was there. I was expecting a little more from the music and entertainment.

Would have been better with a bigger, or more bars,  and without the rain... but that part can't be helped! Would be lovely in good weather.
