Singers seem more karaoke  not professional. Sound poor if the singers shame a 30 min wait from first fireworks to the good finale

Review of Firework Display and Entertainment 2023

The evening come across as though it was unrehea**ed in terms of the music and firework display. We were left to wait approximately 30 minutes for the main firework display. Tickets were sold at £12 whereas other displays the same night were cheaper. The food stalls cost £6 for a burger/hot dog and chips which surprisingly was not to a good standard. The food was quite oily as well as the paper container it was served in. Sadly we will not be returning to Woolston Manor for another firework display.

A lot of waiting around and not much to do unless you want to spend a load of extra money. We arrived for opening due to worrying about the lack of parking. After having spent £30 on rides and another £20 on food we are nearing nearly £90 (display tickets included) for a fireworks night out. The children’s entertainment didn’t keep my two entertained as the room was overcrowded and the dance floor surrounded by adults. Too many adults drinking as if it’s their night out instead of a family event. The display was also delayed by 35mins. Shouldn’t have arrived when the doors opened at 4pm should have turned up at 6pm, although would we have got parking? 
The children ended up waiting in the cold, because they didn’t want to join in with the entertainment, and we were not paying out anymore for fair ground rides, for 2 hours and then an extra 35 mins after the first tester display. Nah not for us.

The actual display (the second one) was great but everything else at the venue was basic. The entertainment was only for kids, and it was so cramped inside and outside. Just felt massively bored until the final display.

The best Fireworks I have seen so far. So well organised and staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time 😊

Had to wait too long for fireworks and went home fireworks started then stopped for a long time. They should have carried on once started 
It spoilt it and my grandson ended up watching from the car in the queue to get out do overall rubbish

Disappointing delays with the fireworks. We had five small children who we’re getting very tired

Best fireworks I’ve seen in a long time.  Worth every penny

We chose to come to this fireworks  event over our normal venue as the fireworks were due to be set off early (7pm) which was way more suitable for our 4 year old…However once we were there it was announced that there would be two displays the first a small test display & then the second would be the main display which was to be set to music…We thought this odd as there was no mention of this when booking or on the ticket but we went along with it anyway as we didn’t really have much choice once we were already there…We were told the main display would be 10 minutes…Then 20 minute passed & there were still no sign of any main fireworks display & @ this point my four year old was getting very tired & fidgety so we decided to head towards to car & said we would watch the main display from the ground rather than the balcony where we were originally stood…Then 35 minutes passed & the main fireworks had still not gone off…!!! It was very obvious that the host on the microphone was using delaying tactics & even @ one point started a countdown which was then stopped as for whatever reason the fireworks were still not ready…My little girl was pretty much asleep on my shoulder after waiting sooooooo long for the main display to start so we actually had to leave miss the fireworks that we had paid to come & see…I was very very very disappointed as like I said we chose the event as the fireworks were advertised for 7pm which was suitable for my little girl which in the end she sadly missed due to them being so delayed…If the fireworks were advertised for 7pm then the main display should have been set off @ 7pm not nearly an hour later which was extremely unfair at a very much kids based event :o(
