What happens if my wristband breaks or is lost?
Do not take it off; damaged wristbands may not be replaced.
Can I bring a camping chair/picnic blanket?
Camping chairs and picnic blankets are allowed, apart from Groovebox Keel SQ.
Is there a dress code?
Dress in what you feel comfortable in. Offensive slogans, clothing, and tracksuits are not allowed.
What's the weather forecast?
The official weather forecast will be shared on the week of the show. Please keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress appropriately.
Is there water available?
You may bring clear empty bottles which you can re-fill at free drinking water points on site.
What stalls are there?
There will be a variety of stalls available, including merchandise and rides.
Is it cash or card?
We are a cashless (card/contactless only) site.
Is there WiFi?
There will be no WiFi on site. We advise you to set a meeting point with your friends when you arrive on site.
I have a Groovebox Black Card, how can I get access?
If you have a Groovebox black card and wish to attend Groovebox Keel Square, you will need to go to the box office on arrival to get your VIP entry wristband.

I require medical equipment/medication/service dog support
Prescription medications must remain in their original packaging with a pharmacy label matching your ID. We recommend notifying us via info@weareliverepublic.com before the event so our security team can grant a smooth entry.
Recognized assistance dogs are welcome across the festival site. Dogs must remain on a lead or harness at all times. Due to high volume levels near stage speaker stacks, we strongly advise handlers to use discretion or provide ear protection for their animal.
Please be aware that performances will feature high-volume live music, dense crowds, and special lighting effects (including strobe lights, pyrotechnics, and lasers). Free earplugs are available upon request at all First Aid points. If you have specific accessibility questions or concerns prior to attending, please reach out to our team in advance at info@weareliverepublic.com.
Is there a lost property?
If you lose a personal belonging on site please visit the Box Office during or after the event. After the event, contact the organisers via this info@weareliverepublic.com. Items will be held for 30 days, then disposed of.
Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority. A dedicated Welfare Tent will be available on site for anyone needing assistance. Our staff and security teams will be working throughout the event to keep everyone safe. If you feel unwell, unsafe, or uneasy at any time, please speak to a member of the team, easily identifiable in crew uniform who will be happy to help.
Lost Child Point
Family Fest ft. K-Pop Live & GirlyPop Fest
There will be a signposted lost child point at the entrance of the venue. There will also be the option for parents to take a lost child wristband to put on their child which they can write a phone number on.
Where's the afters?
There are only official after parties for Groovebox Keel Square on Saturday 29th August, and Road To Nashville on Sunday 30th August. Both afterparties will be held at The Point.

What's the details?
After party times are 10PM – 4AM. The venue address is The Point, Holmeside, Sunderland, SR1 3HY.
What do you get with VIP?
VIP tickets include a private area, bars, posh loos, great views of the main stage, seating and more. Limited VIP upgrades are available to purchase on Skiddle – please check individual event listings for more details.

Can I leave and come back?
Re-entry is not allowed. Once you’re in, you’re in.
What's the bag policy?
Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted on site. If you have a bag, security will be required to carry out a bag search. Security will carry out a search on all attendees before entering the site, to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the venue.
Will there be ID checks?
Yes, if the event is marked 18+. We operate Challenge 25 – bring a valid government-issued photo ID with you. If you are asked for ID and cannot present any, you will not be permitted entry. Anyone who is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
What accessibility options are there?
If you require assistance at this event please contact us beforehand via email info@weareliverepublic.com. An accessibility viewing platform is available to those who need it, as well as accessible restrooms & ‘changing places’ across the site. The festival site is laid on flat-grounds.
Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?
Tickets are non-refundable. Please speak to info@weareliverepublic.com for the official refund policy.
Do I need to print tickets?
Mobile tickets are fine, but printed tickets are also accepted.
Are there late entry add-ons?
There are late entry add on tickets available for Groovebox, Road To Nashville & We Love The 90’s. If you want to arrive at the event later than the last entry time then you can purchase a late entry add-on via the Skiddle listing.

How can I book a carers ticket?
If you require a carer ticket, please contact Skiddle directly, and they will assist with your request. Please email them at custcare@skiddle.com. Proof of disability/carer ID will be required.
Taxi Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Use the bays on High Street West or St Mary’s Boulevard. Please be aware taxis cannot wait, so instruct drivers to use designated zones.
Public Transport
Keel Square is an 8-minute walk from Park Lane Interchange (Bus & Metro). Sunderland Station is a 6-8 minute walk, connecting to major destinations (Newcastle, York, Carlisle, Middlesbrough).
Parking
There is secure parking within a 5-minute walking distance. St Mary’s Car Park (SR1 3AH), Sunniside Car Park (SR1 1UL) or The Bridges Shopping Centre (SR1 1UL). Please note charges will apply, with spaces available on a first come, first served basis.
Accessible/Blue Badge Parking
Accessible/Blue Badge Parkingis available free of charge, without time limit in designated disabled and standard pay-and-display bays (both on and off-street).

Can we bring our own food & drink?
No externally brought food & drink will be allowed at this event. If Food or Drink is required for medical reasons, please speak to us beforehand at info@weareliverepublic.comand bring proof of medical requirements with you.
