Kat Bonny is a Songstress and Improv Vocalist steeped into ancient folk world music, jazz and blues, with a passion for exploring creative ways to use the voice and breath, from tribal singing techniques, vocal harmonies, recreating nature sounds, scat and beatboxing. Her ongoing healing journey from chronic pain and complex trauma, as well as her experience with shamanic trance states deeply informs her practice, exploring how sound and vibration affect our nervous system and states of consciousness.
