Review of MIDNIGHT MASQUERADE at HORIZON | New Years Eve 2024/25

AVOID! Drove 2 hours for a NYE event that was mark*ted as masquerade. After waiting in a queue for an HOUR we managed to get inside 5 mins before midnight without getting the promised mask which was included in the tick*t price. The place stank, was over crowded to point it was a hazard and had an awful atmosphere. The event description promised indoor fireworks, confetti and balloon drop at midnight this was not the case at all. Only a tiny bit of confetti which made zero impact. We left after 5 minuets as was impossible to get a drink, was stepped on, kicked and had multiple drinks spilt down us in the time due to the overcrowding. My friend has serious injury's from being pushed in the crowds to the floor! They need to be aware of how many tick*ts they sold and could sell on the door as they were definitely over the fire safety capacity. Awful all round! Refund has been requested!

Unfriendly Barkeeper, too many  young Kids. overpriced drinks.

The music was good, we waited 40 minutes to get in even though we had tickets. There was no room to put our coats, and they had ran out of c**e, red bull & lemonade. They ran out of masks even though the ticket i paid for said we would get one. No crowd control, way too busy and crowded.
