Review of Higher Love Malta 2026 - VIP Upgrade Tickets

I am extremely disappointed by my experience on the Higher Love boat party in Malta, specifically due to the conduct of a staff member named Georgina.
As we were leaving the event, she made an offensive "Asian eyes" gesture (pulling her eyes sideways) directed at us, completely unprompted. This was not only inappropriate but clearly racist.
We immediately approached her to address the situation. Instead of apologising, she dismissed our concern and incorrectly stated that we were Japanese. Even after we clarified that we are Singaporean, she showed no accountability or understanding of why her actions were offensive.
This reflects a serious lack of cultural awareness and professionalism. Such behaviour is unacceptable in any setting, especially in an international event that hosts guests from diverse backgrounds.
I strongly urge the organisers to take this matter seriously, investigate the incident, and ensure proper staff training. No guest should have to experience this kind of treatment.
