Review of Haze Birmingham - Sat 10th May 2025

Music was at full blast during the brunch, was very uncomfortable and this was reported to staff who were condescending. Didn't appreciate not being able to enjoy the music because it was too loud, even catering/bar staff were struggling. Food was good but drinks were low quality, self service from a lukewarm self serve canister. The vibe wasn't great, marketed as a rave which it wasn't, most people there were acting very pretentious and standoffish and overly concerned with their appearance rather than music loving people living for the moment! 
Got treated quite badly when we went to sit down on the floor and were ordered to get up or get thrown out. Most of the seating was taken away which was understandable but we were treated disrespectfully and patronised. Reeks of ableism, not everyone is able to stand for hours and they had only three benches which were taken up for people able to sit.
Overall the music was actually good but this venue and the crowd were not.

Amazing event but the bar at the venue is extremely poor. 
Lack of drinks, no ice, drinks which are available are not kept in a fridge which is poor on warm days, drink selection is poor.

Everything about the evening was top tier, food, music, vibes. Went alone, but it wasn't a problem, because of the atmosphere, never felt alone, which is always a good look. Definitely would attend another Haze event. Props goes out to everyone involved in putting on such a wicked event.

I have been to a few of Haze's events and enjoyed it every time.
