Review of Maxi Priest & David Rodigan LIVE at Manchester Cathedral

This event was hugely misadvertised. Heather Small only came on for the last 25 minutes of what was advertised as a 5 hour show, with last entry 2 hours before she was scheduled to perform. There was no information anywhere to indicate who the support acts would be. I won't be booking anything run by JBM music again.

The only issue with this place was the toilets, it's a small price to pay to be in such a beautiful venue. The sound was good and the show itself was brilliant. The prices were fairly standard but there's always room for improvement there.
It was well organised and there wasn't much queuing to get on or out.

When purchasing the tick*ts, we were led to believe that we would be seeing heather small and not a 2 hour plus DJ set. We feel that we were wrongly sold these tick*ts. We arrived at the venu at 7:15, and at 9:15, N-trance then took over the set and we were informed they would play for an hour before Heather. At which point we made the decision to leave sadly. As it was a standing venue and I suffer with a bad back, we hadn't envisaged that we would be standing for 3 hours until Heather performed. We were really disappointed and feel were mis-sold the tick*ts.

Heather small was late to come on stage and was only on a short period of time

Waste of time opening doors at 6.30pm, maxi preist didn't come on stage till 9.50pm, highly disappointing and would not recommend seeing maxi preist to anyone!!! David rodigan was however good, feel like the experience of seeing maxi preist was an absolute flop and not worth the £40

I would like a refund very disappointed I paid to see heather small who did less than 25 mins and then just walked off

Very disappointed she was only on the stage for 21 minutes

The venue and music were great but they didn't come on until way after 10- support act was on longer than the main act.
