Lighting & Sensory Info

• Some events feature strobe and flashing lights. If you are sensitive to light or sound, please ask a member of staff for help or consider quieter spaces like outdoor areas during events if needed.

Quiet & Rest Areas

• There is limited space away from the crowd due to the building’s layout, but staff can help direct you to quieter spots or outside for fresh air

• Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Staff are trained to intervene and support guests who experience discomfort.
