I had purchased tickets for myself and 7 friends weeks in advance after being told to visit this venue by work colleagues. We arrived around 12pm and a couple of us walked inside to see our friends had been denied entry, I was then told by multiple door staff we were no longer aloud entry as a fight had broken out the night before which involved multiple people that happened to live in the same city. We didn’t know the people involved the previous night but because we simply lived in the same city were denied entry, this is discrimination and in this society is just disgusting. Tickets stated ‘guaranteed entry’ which was clearly not the case. I think your staff need more training on equality as this is 2022.

The music was awesome, the atmosphere was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Very nice experience overall and I would definetly come again.
