About

Join one of our new yoga days in Yorkshire and Lancashire. Each is a mix of yoga sequences (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. Each date has a theme with unique sequences and is suitable for everyone. Day retreats always include a nourishing lunch prepared by chef Georgia and tea/coffee.
