About

ANDY STONE.... ADHD Educator & Peer Mentor

From being suicidal, battling severe ADHD and autism and in the grip of addiction Andy is 10 years sober and holds the Guinness World Record for the most 70.3M triathlons in a year.

In June 2022 Andy achieved 70 x 70.3M triathlons in 75 days - which is the equivalent of 4,921 miles - the distance of London to Beijing in China. It was a brutal challenge that took an immense amount of mental resilience to keep going day after day despite the weather, injury and fatigue setting in.

When Andy isn't diving with sharks for a living you will find him mentoring at an alternative education school speaking about the five pillars of health and using neurodiversity to your advantage.

Educational ADHD & Neurodiversity talks

Building a strong understanding of ADHD science is essential because it shifts the narrative from "fixing deficits" to unlocking strengths. When we understand how ADHD brains regulate attention, motivation, and energy differently, we can design environments, habits, and workflows that actually align with those patterns-rather than fighting against them. This knowledge empowers individuals to harness traits like creativity, hyperfocus, resilience, and problem-solving in a more intentional way. Instead of relying on trial and error, science-backed insight provides clarity, reduces frustration, and helps people build strategies that turn their natural wiring into a genuine advantage at work and in life.

Andy shares the inspirational story of how he battled ADHD and addiction and developed his neurodiversity into a superpower to go on to achieve world records.

ADHD Wellness Peer Mentor Course

Alternatively Andy has written an 8 part ADHD wellness peer mentoring programme where he helps mentees build awareness of ADHD brain chemistry, improve executive functioning skills, build self-awareness, foster self-esteem, and provide practical strategies for managing their ADHD in day2day life. The course can also be run as a workshop in groups at schools, colleges, universities and businesses.
