A Winter Union

Following some early personnel changes, the band’s current line-up has been settled since 2017 and their friendship and mutual admiration gives the band a comfort and confidence that shines throughout their live shows. “We’ve long looked upon our December tour as a kind of month-long Christmas party” says Ben Savage, “There’s always such a brilliant feeling in the room at gigs around that time of year and we just feed on it... "

The band give nods to both British and American folk traditions, playing a jubillant mix of carols, wassails and winter songs both old and new to entertain and entrance audiences across the UK. Whilst there is no shortage of Christmas party here, there are plenty of moments for reflection and poignancy. Bring the whole family, or come for the work bash!
