Review of 90s Rave Rewind Festival - Norfolk

I was going to Party On Park as Slipmatt was playing but he wasn't playing until 20.00 and they were playing Ant and Dec, The Proclaimers, so as I had seen these tickets cheap for £5 I left the first even and headed to Yarmouth.  The £5 tickets were great, probably due to low sales, but £7 for parking was a pee take, also said 'cheap beer' but £7 a can isn't cheap. Not a lot of people there, maybe 300, there was on fair ride and a few large food outlets that did very little trade, shame there wasn't more uptake on the tickets really, the ground was long grass which wasn't too great and it's a massive site with other area's more suitable for the event, but the music was really good, Jeremy Healey did a 2 or more hour set, then straight to Dream Frequency, other live acts and DJ's probably cancelled as no others played, no set times to know what was going on either, I think most people were locals so maybe next time they should do it in Norwich, at one of the parks or indoors somewhere like Epic Studios

Drinks too expensive.Security had a really bad attitude and did not make us feel welcome.I asked 3 people who worked there who the dj was and not one of them knew...including the sound engineer!The grass was way too long and it rained and nowhere to get cover.Wasnt mentioned it was an outdoor event so didn't have a coat,thought it would be held inside the racecourse like other do's we have been to there.
Just not very well run or organised.Would not attend another of there events even if I won tickets

All was ok except the very poor selection of beer and the extortionate price of it for the size and selection . Very disappointed.

Wasn't well advertised and signage to venue wasn't clear but was a great lineup although wasn't too sure which dj was which. Variety of tracks, fun had by all. Really good value, would go again

It was advertised that there were going to be live PA's from a selection of  classic artists, but disappointingly there were none, despite other similar events by Skiddle having them. My view, bearing in mind tickets were reduced to £5 leading up to the event, was that the live acts were cancelled by the organisers leading up to the event due to poor ticket sales. As long as Skiddle are OK, I guess the paying punter can go swivel. I would question the music played as being 'rave', it was simply club classics.

Had a fun time, the music was good we danced non stop. The drinks however were way over priced, £7 for a can of fosters!! Would be the only reason why I wouldn't go again.

Really great event! Wish it had been advertised more locally so more people attended but very good event! Thank you- hope to see you next year!

All about the amazing djs , ground could be better and toilets could be cleaner but Alex & n trance smashed it !!!
