We had an amazing experience! The entertainment was so engaging & fun, the venue is beautiful! The food was delicious & drinks were renewed before we even asked! This is the best brunch I've been to & will definitely be back with another group of girls! The dancer & her outfits were unreal, the sax was brilliant & got everyone involved! Our number 1 brunch spot & we've all attended numerous brunches! Thank you for making it special

Attended the Bottomless Brunch on 23rd May and, unfortunately, there were quite a few issues from the very beginning.
When booking, we found out you could only add guests in twos, not individually. I contacted both The Cuban and the agency several times for help and received no reply from either. In the end, I had to ring The Cuban directly just to get one extra person added to the booking.
We were told to arrive promptly for 12:30pm, yet the doors didn't open until well after that time. There were 22 of us in total, and we were finally seated around 12:50pm, despite drinks supposedly starting from 1pm. Even then, 45 minutes later we still hadn't received any drinks, while other tables around us had already been served. I personally ordered non-alcoholic drinks and waited 50 minutes for my very first drink to arrive. Our group repeatedly had to ask staff for drinks, only to be told "they're being made."
Two members of our party are disabled and both carry disabled ID cards, Blue Badges, and receive PIP. When they asked for the disabled toilet key, staff responded with "well, you're not disabled." This was completely unacceptable and deeply inappropriate. Nobody should be questioned like that when asking to use an accessible toilet. To make matters worse, the disabled toilet in the main area was absolutely filthy.
The actual agency running the event itself was exceptional, but sadly the staff at The Cuban really let the experience down. The event was advertised as a "bottomless brunch," yet the food consisted of just a burger. If you wanted fries, it was an additional £4, and even then the portion was tiny.
It was also an extremely hot day, around 28-29 degrees. Some members of our group smoke, but it was far too hot to comfortably sit outside, so we ended up standing in a tiny corner near the bins to have cigarettes. It was only afterwards that we realised umbrellas were actually available, but no staff member had bothered to put them up during the brunch itself.
Overall, the staff came across as rude, slow, and lacking any urgency or professionalism. It's such a shame because The Cuban used to be fantastic years ago, and I used to visit regularly in the evenings. Sadly, this experience felt very penny-pinching and badly managed.
Out of the 22 of us who attended, not one person said they would return. Bad reviews come from bad experiences, and unfortunately this was definitely one of them.

Was very unhappy with my experience me and my friends were missed and was left only having a few drinks and was not compensated after bringing it to the managers attention. Got told it was our fault for not going to the bar even though it's suppose to be table service. Ended up leaving early and not enjoying the experience unfortunately.

Review of Drag Bingo Bottomless Brunch

I went to the new Loft in Bexleyheath for their Mamma Mia bottomless brunch and had such a good time.  From the moment we arrived the staff were really attentive our glasses were never empty.  And the atmosphere was great, a brilliant DJ got the crowd going and then the ABBA singers were amazing, getting everyone to join in.  It was such a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon.  Will definitely be going back for more events.

This is the second time I have attended musical bottomless brunch both were brilliant the second one was not as busy but was just as good everyone joined in with each other. Would definitely recommend.
