Queue for the bar was ridiculous. Waited 1.5 hours to get served. Had to queue for tokens rather than using actual cash. Saved no time and actually just frustrated people. Wouldn't go again and would actively encourage others not to. A group of 25 of us went and left early to go somewhere that felt less like we were being ripped off.

this was very badly organised. Queues of over an hour to get a drink. The noise of the fair rides drowned out the bands. we left early.

Poor value, ridiculous queues, little variety of things to do.

Great to have a live music festival on our doorstep!
On the whole, well organised and enjoyable. Artists good.
I feel that a few things could have been done better ... whilst I understand the reason for tokens only I think there should also be an option to pay by cash or card. It's difficult to predict what you are going to spend.
Also I did not find anywhere on site to refill our water bottles despite this supposedly being available.
Sometimes the sound quality wasn't so great at times which was a shame for the bands.
Felt for the final act The Killers who were cut short (not their fault) because of the timings being out, also shame for us left in the crowd waiting for the final banger!!
Still enjoyed the day though!!

Bar arrangements were a disaster which impacted on the atmosphere throughout the day. Waiting nearly 1 hour 30 minutes for a drink and therefore missing performances is simply unacceptable for a music festival event.

Could have been better system with bar as tokens a pain And people buying over ten pints at a time causing horrendous queue

Sound system terrible could only hear when the wind blew in our direction, over 90 minutes wait each time to get a drink, missed a whole set!!!. Too many security milling around only one took the initiative to help behind the bar. Toilet paper ran out after two hours no one assigned to keep toilets filled. Food prices way over charged. Definitely wouldn't go again

This was not suitable for children - they were bored and we left early. The prices were horrendously expensive, you couldn't hear the music from the family seating area. The queue for the bar was 1.5hours, you couldn't buy the kids a drink from anywhere else and you were not allowed to take anything on with you. I would not go again - complete waste of money

Lovely friendly atmosphere but it was difficult to hear the music as it wasn't loud enough. Token system and bar queues were poor but we still had a lovely time.

Que at the bar was over an hour. Security was ridiculous not there for people's safety more interested in preventing beer or food entering the venue. The token system just doesn't work overall a really poor show and clearly just a money spinner for the organisers. What ever happened to giving people value for money and a good service! Never again

Tokens system frustrating and unnecessary

The event was spoilt because of the ridiculous use of tokens instead of cash or card. Queuing for those then standing in an hour long drinks queue was ridiculous. Worst system I've ever encounter at a festival event.

Overall a good day out, but spoiled by extremely poor service at the bar - waiting over an hour to get served, and the sound system was not good enough to hear the music around the whole venue e.g. could not hear the music while queuing for the drinks

They had placed the drinks bars all together which meant we qued for over an hour.
