Supersonic Weekender festival

Supersonic Weekender takes place 31 July - 2 August.

Supersonic Weekender goes down at Cattows Farm, Normanton Lane, Coalville, UK.

Supersonic Weekender welcomes all ages.  Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a paying adult. ID will be required if you look under 25.

No, unfortunately, NO FOOD OR DRINK CAN BE TAKEN INTO THE SUPERSONIC WEEKENDER ARENA. Exceptions are in place for sealed bottles of water and baby food. You're welcome to bring an empty container to fill at the free water points onsite.

The following limitations are in place when bringing alcohol to Supersonic Weekender:

18 x 440ml cans of lager/cider/beer max

OR 18 x 250ml cans of premix spirit drinks max

OR 4.5 litres of boxed wine max

OR 6 litres of cider/lager/beer in plastic bottles or metal kegs max.

Glass bottled spirits are NOT allowed.

All alcohol must be brought with you on arrival at the festival. There is NO RE-ENTRY with alcohol.

For safety reasons, no glass can be brought on site. No opened bottles can be brought on to the site – you can bring sealed plastic bottles of water or soft drinks. Any opened bottles will be confiscated on entry to the festival. Alcohol is for personal consumption only. 

18+ only, ID checks may take place upon entry.  Those unable to prove they are over 18 will have alcohol confiscated.

No dogs or other animals are allowed on-site at Supersonic Weekender with the exception of guide dogs.

The following aren't allowed at Supersonic Weekender:

No gas bottles, canisters or similar

No animals

No goods for unauthorised trading

No items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon

No Chinese/sky lanterns

No drones or professional video recording equipment

No fire pits

No generators

No glass

No illegal substances, legal highs or herbal highs

No portable laser equipment or pens

Refunds to Supersonic Weekender will only be given if the event is cancelled due to a fault of the organisers and the event cannot be rescheduled.

GENERAL WEEKEND ADMISSION TICKETS

General weekend tickets to Supersonic Weekender include access to the arena over the weekend and the general campsite. The general campsite is purely for those wishing to stay in their own tent. So, if you're just looking to rock up with your tent and enjoy the weekend, this is the ticket for you!

VIP TICKETS

VIP Tickets include all the benefits of a general admission ticket but with the added extra of access to a special VIP Tent in the arena. The VIP area includes:

• Access to the VIP Tent
• Private Bar
• Luxury Toilets
• Private seating area

DAY TICKETS

For those just looking to come for the day and leave the site after the show ends, you will just need to book yourself a day ticket. These can be for either Saturday or Sunday. You must leave site at the end of the day and you can't sleep on site with a day ticket.

CHILD TICKETS

A Child ticket is classed as anyone aged 6 - 17. Anyone under 6 years old is free and will not need a ticket. Anyone under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Complimentary standard Weekend or Day tickets for Personal Assistants/Carers can be provided. If you wish to book a VIP ticket and require a PA/Carer ticket, you will only need to cover the cost of the VIP upgrade - the standard ticket portion remains complimentary.

Please do not book a ticket for your PA/Carer yourself, as these are manually issued by the festival organiser once proof of eligibility has been received and approved. They do not offer refunds for PA/Carer tickets purchased in error.

Once eligibility is confirmed, the organiser will issue the standard PA/Carer ticket and provide details on how to pay for the VIP upgrade if required.

Please note: Carer tickets are not issued to parents or guardians of children aged 17 and under, as all under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult holding a full-paying adult ticket.

No, Supersonic Weekender tickets can be downloaded onto any smartphone.  However, tickets can be printed out if you do not have a smartphone. It is advised printing your tickets for fast scanning.

If you haven't received your booking confirmation for Supersonic Weekender the most common reason is that you have typed in your email address incorrectly on your order. All booking confirmations are sent to the Ticket Buyer's email address. Please email info@25eightevents.com if your digital ticket can't be found.

Yes, you will need to purchase a caravan/campervan pitch pass. This will give you access to the caravan area with showers, toilets, and waste disposal points. You only need 1 pitch pass per caravan or motorhome.

PLEASE NOTE - Everyone staying in a caravan/motorhome will need a weekend ticket each to enter the festival arena. You only need 1 pitch per caravan or motorhome. 

You are welcome to bring an awning for your van but no separate tents.  Tents and caravans/campervans must be kept separate.

Gas bottles are permitted if fully fitted within the caravan/campervan. No portable gas bottles, canisters or similar are permitted. This also applies to motorhomes and trailer tents. 

IMPORTANT: Everyone staying in the vehicle will need a weekend camping ticket to enter Supersonic Weekender.

Coal bbq's and disposable bbq's are permitted at Supersonic Weekender as long as they are raised off the ground when in use and fully extinguished after. Also allowed are Greenheat Base Camp Cookers, solid fuel stoves, firelighters, and firelighter stoves. No gas fuelled bbq's or gas camping stoves are permitted. 

There is 24-hour secure car parking available at Supersonic Weekender. There is also a dedicated drop-off & pick-up area. There is no charge to use the drop-off & pick-up area, however, if you wish to park your car while attending the festival, there will be a charge.

1 DAY CAR PARKING - £15

Car parking fees fund venue hire, cleaning of the field, lighting of the field, fuel and generator costs, VAT, car park stewarding and more importantly SIA security to keep your vehicle safe.

DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR - The festival organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables or vehicles or damages to your car.
