Couldnât see the singers very well as the lights were constantly being flashed in the eyes of the audience. We were squashed into the marquee 
One thing that really made us angry was that there were people smoking cigarettes and there were bakers too. A huge health and safety riskâ¦ not the chairs people had brought because they were unable to stand for six hoursâ¦.cigarettes in a venue like that is  WRONG!!! The wait for the last act to come on was almost an hour and the djâs music changed from soul to disco which suited a high percentage  of the âoldâ audience as they were drunk!!! It spoilt the evening and then we couldnât even see her on the stage!!! We left. 

Review of SOULTASIA Kent

absolutely brilliant day, great atmosphere, stress free, bring on 2023, so we'll organised, we'll done to all involved ð 

It was fun atmosphere but food and drinks quite pricey.

I brought tickets and found out early on I could attend the event . There is no facility to exchange them  or sell them on â¦ or even get a refund .. Which you wonât give even if the world was ending â¦ wonât be booking with you again ! 

Really enjoyed the music, very friendly crowd and venue, but found the convoluted token system annoying and not good value for money.  Would definitely go again though. 

There was no communication prior to the event.  I only found details by accident as I use Facebook.  However, no information was provided regarding the token system or the fact you had to pay for a reusable cup.  Which, I have no issue with as it's better for the environment,  however, give the choice to get your money back.  I don't want the rubbish cup thanks.  I was in the golden circle which was too busy.  I think the organisers got greedy and tried to pack too many people in, you couldn't move.  The toilets had a trickle of water to wash your hands.  The que for drinks was too long.  I'm trying to work out what exactly the VIP element of Saturday was.  I would pay that money for golden circle again, but the facilities need to be vastly improved and generally provide people with better information.  I wouldn't recommend this event.

Because the event was held in a big top, the music was muffled, we moved to just outside and you could hear it much clearer. Unfortunately a couple of the artists didn't live up to expectations while others were amazing. Personally I think it was a mistake putting Kenny Thomas on first as the crowd weren't warmed up. 

Great night of soul music, didn't like the system of buying vouchers first in ten pound increments to buy your food and drink.

I was brilliant just thought the gap between artists coming on was to long lost a bit of momentum and needed to be louder I could hear conversations around me otherwise brill
