Sign of the Times Festival is TBA...

Sign of the Times Festival is held at Church End, Nr Little Hadham Herts, SG11 2DY – The What 3 Words location is: whisk.resold.yachting.

Each attendee can bring sealed bottle of water or soft drink up to 500ml.  Free drinking water points will be available throughout the festival, so you can bring an empty reusable plastic or aluminium bottle to the event for water refills. Due to licensing conditions, alcohol cannot be brought into the music arena. Anyone found trying to sneak alcohol into the festival will be denied entry.

Personal picnics are also permitted into the event, upon arrival, but no metal/glass utensils or cool boxes, for safety and security reasons. Further take-away food cannot be brought in during the event.  There will be a wide choice of caterers who will be very reasonably priced. Any person with specific dietary requirements can inform the festival in advance and, where suitable options aren’t available on site, they will give dispensation to bring suitable food to the event.

Please note, to allow time for security bag searches, the festival are operating a ‘no big bags policy’, so no large rucksacks or bags are permitted. Only small rucksacks/bags with length/width dimensions approximately no larger than a piece of A4 paper can be brought into the music arena.

There is no ATM facility on the Sign of the Times Festival site but all the bars will accept credit and debit cards, including contactless.

Folding chairs, blankets, etc, can be brought into the event. There will be a huge open-air viewing area with great views of the stage and screens from all parts of the site. If using a folding chair we would respectfully ask that they are not located near the front of the stage for safety reasons as this is the area where people stand.

You are asked that folding chairs, if used in the tent stage, are kept to the back of the tent and do not obstruct doorways and walkways. Unattended chairs will be removed by security.

Dogs, kept on leads at all time, are allowed into the festival and camp sites. Any dog fouling must be cleaned up and disposed of. For their welfare, we request that dogs are not exposed to long periods of loud music near the stage. We also request that weather conditions are taken into consideration when bringing dogs to the festival and remind customers that dogs should not be left unattended in vehicles during hot weather. Water points will be located throughout the arena & campsites to fill dog water bowls and keep them hydrated.

Sign of the Times Festival is a family friendly event and the team run a number of festivals around the UK. Their Security Provider are specialists in Live Music Events. Sign of the Times supports it’s provider in ensuring that their zero-tolerance approach to anti-social or disruptive behaviour maintains a calm and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
