Shake The High Road - Leytonstone's all-day music and arts festival - returns to E11 on Saturday 2nd May 2026.

The line-up boasts 20+ live artists and DJs, as well as a series of special talks and interviews, scheduled all day and into the night across various Leytonstone venues within a one minute walk from each other!

Doors from 12.30pm / First Show - 1pm / Festival End - 1am (Sunday morning)

** Each ticket gets you first-come-first-served entry to all shows across all venues (St John's Church, Red Lion Ballroom, Leytonstone Social (both floors)). Each venue has different operating times on the day. **

Shake The High Road is a 2 minute walk from Leytonstone tube (Central Line) and 10 minutes from Leytonstone High Road (Overground).

Stage Takeovers

BBC Introducing - A stage of the finest new talent emerging from the BBC airwaves, curated by Jess Iszatt. We'll be bringing five incredible new acts across a mix of genres and scenes, live at the Leytonstone Social.

Dreamhouse Records - Hosting an all-day stage of new acts curated by the shop's Jon Clifford and SHAKE THE HIGH ROAD at the Leytonstone Social!

Club Shake - DJs all night playing funk & soul, balearic, house, disco, reggae, cosmic & soundsystem heaviness!

Shake Family Zone - Wake 'n' SHAKE Family Disco, live music, and interactive fun!

Bringing Children

Children under 8 can attend for free, children 8-17 must purchase a concession ticket. Please note some venues might not allow under 18 year olds in past certain curfews on the day. Please check our website nearer the event for confirmed information.

Cancelling Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, but can be transferred to friends and family if you cannot use them.
