Replika Festival

Replika Festival takes place between 25 - 28 June.

Replika Festival takes place at Catton Park in Derbyshire, UK.

Replika Festival is an all ages event.  However, you will require a form of ID to purchase alcohol if you look under 25. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

No, unfortunately, NO FOOD OR DRINK CAN BE TAKEN INTO THE REPLIKA FESTIVAL ARENA with the exception of sealed bottles of water and baby food. An empty container to fill at the free water points is also welcome. There will be a wide range of food vendors within the main arena. 

The following limitations are in place when bringing alcohol to Replika Festival:

18 x 440ml cans of lager/cider/beer max

OR 18 x 250ml cans of premix spirit drinks max

OR 4.5 litres of boxed wine max

OR 6 litres of cider/lager/beer in plastic bottles or metal kegs max.

Glass bottled spirits are NOT allowed. 

All alcohol must be brought with you on arrival at the festival. There is NO RE-ENTRY with alcohol.

For safety reasons, no glass can be brought on site. No opened bottles can be brought on to the site – you can bring sealed plastic bottles of water or soft drinks. Any opened bottles will be confiscated on entry to the festival. Alcohol is for personal consumption only. 

18+ only, ID checks may take place upon entry.  Those unable to prove they are over 18 will have alcohol confiscated.

No dogs or other animals are allowed on-site at Replika Festival with the exception of guide dogs.

The following aren't allowed at Replika Festival:

No gas bottles, canisters or similar

No animals

No goods for unauthorised trading

No items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon

No Chinese/sky lanterns

No drones or professional video recording equipment

No fire pits

No generators

No glass

No illegal substances, legal highs or herbal highs

No portable laser equipment or pens

Refunds will only be given if Replika Festival is cancelled due to a fault of the organiser and the event cannot be rescheduled.

Yes, all will be available at Replika Festival.

The organisers provide complimentary standard Weekend or Day tickets for Personal Assistants/Carers. If you wish to book a VIP ticket and require a PA/Carer ticket, you will only need to cover the cost of the VIP upgrade — the standard ticket portion remains complimentary.

Please do not book a ticket for your PA/Carer yourself, as these are manually issued by the organiser once proof of eligibility has been received and approved. We do not offer refunds for PA/Carer tickets purchased in error.

Once eligibility is confirmed, the organiser will issue the standard PA/Carer ticket and provide details on how to pay for the VIP upgrade if required.

Please note: Carer tickets are not issued to parents or guardians of children aged 17 and under, as all under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult holding a full-paying adult ticket.

If you haven't received your booking confirmation for Replika Festival the most common reason is that you have typed in your email address incorrectly on your order. All booking confirmations are sent to the Ticket Buyer's email address. Please email info@25eightevents.com if your digital ticket can't be found.

No, Replika Festival tickets can be downloaded onto any smartphone.  However, tickets can be printed out if you do not have a smartphone. It is advised printing your tickets for fast scanning.

Yes, the information does not need to match the Replika Festival attendee.

A child's ticket to Replika Festival is age 6 - 17.  Any child under the age of 6 is free and does not require a ticket. All children need to be accompanied by a paying adult.

Yes, you will need to purchase a caravan/campervan pitch pass. This will give you access to the caravan area with showers, toilets, and waste disposal points. You only need 1 pitch pass per caravan or motorhome.

PLEASE NOTE - Everyone staying in a caravan/motorhome will need a weekend ticket each to enter the festival arena. You only need 1 pitch per caravan or motorhome. 

You are welcome to bring an awning for your van but no separate tents.  Tents and caravans/campervans must be kept separate.

Gas bottles are permitted if fully fitted within the caravan/campervan. No portable gas bottles, canisters or similar are permitted. This also applies to motorhomes and trailer tents. 

IMPORTANT: Everyone staying in the vehicle will need a weekend camping ticket to enter Replika Festival.

Yes, but these are an additional cost and only for caravans/campervans guests at Replika Festival. Please select the hookup pitch ticket option at checkout.

Coal bbqs and disposable bbqs are permitted at Replika Festival as long as they are raised off the ground when in use and fully extinguished after. Also allowed are Greenheat Base Camp Cookers, solid fuel stoves, firelighters, and firelighter stoves. No gas fuelled bbqs or gas camping stoves are permitted. 

No, general camping are not permitted into the Caravan / Campervan area at Replika Festival.

It cannot be guaranteed pitches can be saved, if you wish to camp next to each other it is advised arriving at Replika Festival together.

No, all cars must stay in the Replika Festival car park for safety reasons.

There is 24-hour secure car parking available at Replika Festival. There is also a dedicated drop-off & pick-up area. There is no charge to use the drop-off & pick-up area, however, if you wish to park your car while attending the festival, there will be a charge.

Car parking fees fund venue hire, cleaning of the field, lighting of the field, fuel and generator costs, VAT, car park stewarding and more importantly SIA security to keep your vehicle safe.

DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR - The organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables or vehicles. They are not responsible for damages to your car.
