Pioneer Plays Festival is held at Hainault Recreation Ground in Ilford.

Yes you must be 18 or over to attend Pioneer Plays Festival. All attendees must provide physical photo ID upon arrival to gain entry.

Any unauthorised items (including offensive weapons, incendiary devices, fireworks, laser pens and paint-sprays) This is to protect all staff, stewards and members of the public.

Bags will also be searched thoroughly

Pressurised gas canisters and legal highs are strictly prohibited on site. Anyone found with these items will have them confiscated and may be refused entry.

You cannot bring any liquids into the venue, this includes eye drops & nose sprays, perfume, water bottles etc. You are allowed to bring prescribed medication on site when accompanied by a doctor’s note or valid medical certificate. Hand sanitiser and sun cream will be allowed.

You cannot bring any food or drink into Pioneer Plays Festival. The bar and food vendors cover a variety of food and drink to cater for all needs.

No, Pioneer Plays Festival is a one day non camping festival so camping equipment is not needed. It is however close to a large choice of accommodation within 1 mile from the festival site.

Unfortunately you can’t be issued with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, it is advised passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
