Aldershot Picnic and Pop Family Festival

Picnic and Pop 2027 will take place Saturday 31st July - Sunday 1st August.

Picnic and Pop is held at Manor Park, Aldershot.

No, Picnic and Pop is a family-friendly event. Entrance to any child under 3 years old is absolutely free! You will still need to book a ticket on our ticketing page, but you will notice the ticket price is free. There are also reduced price Junior tickets and Family deals.

There is a large selection of food stands available at Picnic and Pop on the day, ranging from burgers, pizza’s, crepes, momo’s and - more importantly - ice cream!

Food and soft drinks are allowed but Alcohol is not (NO GLASS).

For Picnic and Pop to be able to keep the ticket price as low as possible for adults and juniors, it means they have to use other revenue streams to make up the shortfall with the bar being the main one.

Otherwise the tickets would have had to be much more! The bar prices will be very reasonable.

You can definitely bring your own food though - it's a picnic after all!

Yes you can, on entry you will be given a wrist band which will give you access to Picnic and Pop throughout the day.

Picnic and Pop like people to attend for the whole day to get the full festival experience so they do not publish performance times before the festival.

There will be information available during the day with regards to when certain acts are on.

You are welcome to bring chairs and rugs to Picnic and Pop but no gazebos as they may restrict other peoples view. Yes, you can, but please be aware of people behind you when setting it up not to block their view.

Additionally, there will be an exclusion zone at front of the stage.

Unfortunately not, sorry. Dogs will not be allowed at Picnic and Pop.

There will be a box office available on site during the day of Picnic and Pop. This will open from 11:30am.  Remember, you can only purchase tickets online for the event!

You will need to print your Picnic and Pop tickets or have them available on your mobile phone so they can be scanned on the day.

Each ticket has a unique barcode on.

Tickets are non-refundable except if Picnic and Pop is cancelled.

VIP tickets to Picnic and Pop give you an upgraded festival experience, including:

• Access to the VIP Bar for reduced queues
• Priority queue jump entry to make the most out of your weekend
• VIP space for viewing main stage. Please note, this isn’t at the front of the stage but it is a dedicated area with a fantastic view!

There is a fenced off area near the main stage at Picnic and Pop for wheelchairs and helpers -please can helpers bring foldable chairs so that they do not restrict the view of other wheelchair users by standing in the area.

There are disabled toilet facilities within the park and the festival now has use of a carpark on site which is being reserved for Blue Badge holders.
