Off Grid Festival: Chapter Two

Off Grid Festival 2027 will take place Sunday 29th - Monday 30th August.

Off Grid Festival takes place in a Warwickshire woodland near Wishaw / Middleton / Bodymoor Heath, on the North Warwickshire / Sutton Coldfield border.

Yes, you must be 18+ to attend Off Grid Festival. Valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or PASS card) is required and may be checked on entry.

Bars operate a Challenge 25 policy - if you're lucky enough to look under 25, bring ID.

A curated selection of food vendors will be on site at Off Grid Festival, including vegan options.

Licensed bars will be serving throughout the site - card only.

No alcohol may be brought into the festival.

No liquids, including water, can be brought through entry.

Free water filling stations are located across the site - bring an empty reusable bottle (no glass) and refill all day.

All attendees at Off Grid Festival are subject to search as a condition of entry.

Security reserves the right to refuse admission.

Confiscated items will not be returned.

Anyone found in possession of illegal items may be refused entry or ejected from the site and reported to the police.

Bag policy: bags larger than A4 are not permitted. Smaller bags mean faster searches and faster entry.

The following items are prohibited from Off Grid Festival:

• Illegal drugs, legal highs, and nitrous oxide (canisters/balloons)

• Weapons or anything that could be used as one (incl. tools, oversized lighters)

• Glass of any kind (bottles, jars, perfume, mirrors)

• Alcohol - no alcohol may be brought into the site (available at bars)

• Liquids of any kind, (free water filling stations on site)

• Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, Chinese lanterns, candles, or any naked flame

• Aerosols over 250ml

• Disposable vapes (refillable vapes permitted, in designated smoking areas only)

• Gas canisters, stoves, BBQs, generators

• Drones or UAVs

• Portable speakers / sound systems

• Professional cameras (detachable lens) and audio/video recording equipment without accreditation

• Gazebos, large umbrellas, camping furniture/tents (day event — no camping)

• Animals (except assistance dogs)

• Bikes, scooters, skateboards, e-scooters

• Unauthorised trading, promotional, or flyering materials

• Bags larger than A4

Off Grid is a woodland site, so smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas.

Anyone smoking outside designated areas will be ejected from the site. Please follow the signage and staff instructions.

Off Grid Festival is set in woodland - expect uneven, natural terrain. Sturdy footwear is strongly recommended (leave the heels at home).

The event runs until 23:00, so bring layers - it gets cooler after dark. Check the forecast and dress for the weather; a packable waterproof is never a bad idea. There is a cloak room on site to leave belongings.

This is just the beginning: as the festival grows, they're building towards a full Wellness Village - ice baths, forest meditation and more.

Off Grid Festival VIP includes: dedicated viewing areas, private bar, fast-track entry, upgraded toilets and welfare, free car park, and access to your very own Peaky Blinders–inspired pub.

• Drop-off at Off Grid Festival is via the main car park only, via Coppice Lane off the A446.

• Entry to the festival is via the main car park entrance only.

• Important: there is no public entry via the NPF Bassets Pole site - this access point is restricted to media, staff, artists and accessible access only.

• On-site parking is available in the main car park - the only public entry point to the festival.

• Parking is £10 per space, available via Skiddle. Parking is available for 24 hours but is at your own risk. Further information will be sent directly to pre-paid slot holders.

• Overnight parking is available. Pick-up time slots will be sent to parking pass holders pre-event - there is a cut-off time for pick-ups, so please stick to your slot.

• Please arrive early to allow time for parking and the walk to the entrance, especially during peak arrival windows.

• Off Grid Festival is committed to making the event accessible to all attendees.

• Attendees with accessible requirements enter via the entrance on London Road and will be parked right next to the festival entry point.

• Accessible access includes use of the VIP viewing platform.

• Accessible toilets are located just behind the main stage.

• Personal Assistant (PA) tickets: email custcare@skiddle.com with your PIP/DLA proof, then purchase your own ticket and send it over with an email address for your carer's ticket to be sent to. One carer ticket per person.

First aid and welfare teams are on site throughout Off Grid Festival - locations will be clearly signposted and shown on the site map. If you or someone near you needs help, speak to any steward or member of security. Be mindful of yourself, friends and those around you.
