MOGA is at Sofitel Essaouira Mogador in Diabat.

At MOGA the minimum age is 6 years old. NO under 6s permitted!  Tickets are free for children up to 12 years old.

There are no scheduled shuttles between MOGA and the Essaouira city centre. However, plenty of taxis will be available to take you from the venue to the centre. If you drive, free parking is available in front of the festival venue, but capacity is limited.

MOGA tickets are not nominative, so they can be transferred to a friend. However, multi-day passes can only be used by one person and cannot be shared. The wristband issued on the first day must not be cut, as it cannot be replaced.

Your MOGA wristband is equipped with an electronic chip in which your money is stored. 

1. Before the event, you can creating an account on the website or the Moga App. The wristband given at the entrance will be charged with the amount you chose.

2. You can top up during the event at the cashless points on-site by card or cash, through the Moga App or by scanning the QR code on your wristband (credit card only). It is suggested you do so as soon as you enter the festival. You can top up your account as many times as you like during the event. The activation fee is 1,50€ and will be deduced at the first top-up only.

Take care of your wristband to avoid any inconvenience! Avoid exposure to heat or flame and never attempt to pierce it: this would render it immediately inoperative.

By creating an account linked to your MOGA wristband, you will be able to:

- Check the balance of your wristband and transaction history

- Request to block your wristband and get a new one in case of loss or theft

- Get a refund of your balance at the end of the event (Moroccan bank account only)

- Request a receipt for your purchases Note that creating an online account is optional and can be done at any time.

You need to go to wristband exchange at the MOGA Box Office on Borda d'Água Parking.

If you have created an account on the MOGA website or mobile app, you can request the blocking of your wristband by going to a cashless info point. This identification operation (account creation) is necessary to allow the blocking of your wristband. If you haven't created an account associated with your wristband, your ticket number can help finding your profile but a proof of identity might be requested. Otherwise, blocking will be impossible. Your wristband is like your wallet: if you lose it, the money stored on it will also be lost.
