Yes, you must be 18+ to attend KISSTORY Cardiff. This is an 18+ event and we recommend that everyone brings valid photo ID (valid passport or driving license), no refunds will be given for lack of ID on the day.

Doors for KISSTORY Cardiff open from 1pm unless specified on your ticket, with last entry at 6pm.

All will be finished by 10pm.

No, due to security reasons, you will not be allowed to bring vapes on site to KISSTORY Cardiff. However, vapes will be on sale at the event.

Unfortunately you can’t be issued with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, it is advised passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.

Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Subject to point of purchase your tickets will either be issued as e-tickets 1 week prior to the event or posted to you.
