This event is for over 18s only. To enter the festival you must be aged 18 or over. Everyone must present a valid ID when they arrive. The only accepted forms of ID are a valid, in date, passport, driving license or home office approved proof of age card that clearly displays the pass hologram.

The bars will operate a challenge 25 system – if you look under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photo id proving you are 18 or over. Please take it as a compliment and if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, make sure you bring your photo id with you.

Beckenham Hill Gate is the main entrance of the park. Please make sure to use this entrance and follow the sign to the festival entrance. 

Train: Beckenham Hill is the closest station to the site, around a five-minute walk away.

Bus: Beckenham Hill station is also the nearest bus stop. 54, 227, 322 and 432 buses all service it.

There is no on-site camping for Hospitality Weekend In The Woods.

This guide is designed to inform everybody who comes to Hospitality Weekend In The Woods what to expect before you arrive at the event.

CARER TICKETS

Free carer tickets are available if you wish to purchase a ticket for Hospitality Weekend In The Woods and require a carer’s assistance. Please reach out to us on info@hospitalityeventsltd.com with confirmation of your ticket, your full name and email address of your assistant. We will also require your proof of disability docment which can include current Disability Living Allowance documents, PIP (or equivalent) or registered evidence of severely impaired sight (blind). Your carer will be sent a guest ticket which they will need to provide upon entrance to the festival.

FACILITIES

Accessible toilets will be available at each toilet block. There are 5 easy-access unisex toilets on site. To access these toilets, you will need a code which can be obtained at the info point. If you need assistance, please ask a member of our staff who will happily be of assistance.

EVACUATION POLICY

All of our security are sufficiently trained in order to assist you in case of an emergency, and to make sure that any access needs are provided for.

ROUTES & PATHWAYS

The festival site is on grass and undulates in places. It is likely that in poor weather conditions the site may become muddy and water-soaked – it is not a stadium or hard flooring. Please check the weather in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

    STAGE VIEWINGS

Wheelchairs users will be able to watch performances from the side of the stage where possible, accompanied by a security personnel. Please let the security close to the stage know that is the preference. If you need further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We want to make sure you have the best time possible!

Unfortunately, we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.

Refunds can only be offered if the event is canceled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
