Where is Got The Love?
Got The Love Festival is held at Quex Park in Birchington.
Is Got The Love family friendly?
Got The Love is open for all ages. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Any adult is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of any Infant and/or Child and/or Teenager in their party. Got The Love do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.
All the bars will be operating a Challenge 25 policy. You may be asked to provide evidence of your age with valid photographic ID (Driving License or Passport.)
Can I bring my own alcohol to Got The Love Festival?
There will be a wide selection of beer, cider, wine and cocktails available across the main arena for you to enjoy during the weekend, all well below standard festival pricing. It will not be possible to bring your own alcohol to Got the Love Festival.
Please note, you will be searched upon admission any food or drink will need to be disposed of before you are allowed to enter the festival.
What is included in VIP tickets?

Yes please find these below:
1. Assessments and decisions on intoxication and drunkenness are made by the Admissions’ Team. Got The Love Festival is a family festival and a zero-tolerance approach to intoxication and the consumption of illegal substances will be applied. You will be refused admission if you are too drunk or suspected to be under the influence of illegal substances.
2. Inappropriate Attitude - the aim is for everyone that comes to the Festival to have a great time in a relaxed and enjoyable environment, so the festival take a zero-tolerance approach to aggression/violence/inappropriate attitudes. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transgenderism will result in automatic refusal/removal from Site.
3. Searching – all persons wishing to enter the Site may be requested to submit to a body check and/or a search of their possessions for the purposes of locating and removing any prohibited item (including but not limited to alcohol, illegal substances, weapons or anything else the Admissions’ Team deem unsuitable for the Festival), and any refusal of consent to be searched (either on the Admissions’ Gate or once inside the Festival) will result in refusal of admission to or eviction from Site without refund or compensation.
4. No alcohol or glass containers are to brought onto Site.
5. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to removes persons from Site. No failure or delay by us to exercise any right (in whole or in part) under these conditions shall constitute a waiver of that right, nor restrict any further exercise of that right.
6. Right to readmission is not automatic and is subject to the discretion of the Admissions’ Team.
7. Challenge 25 is operated on all bars, so if they think that you look 25 years old or younger you will be asked to provide proof of age and if you are unable to do so you will not be served alcohol. Anyone caught purchasing alcohol for a person without ID will be removed from Site for the duration of the Festival.
8. Acts, set times and activities are all subject to change. Got The Love Festival will not be held responsible for any cancellation or amendments of Acts.
9. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, whatever the reason for the request to change.
10. Dogs are welcome but they must be registered with the Admissions Team and kept on a lead at all times. Failure to do may result in the dog and owner being removed from the Event.
11. No trading is allowed anywhere within the Festival or in the vicinity thereof without our prior written authorisation. Anyone caught trading without written authorisation will be evicted from the Festival without refund or compensation.
12. The festival take the needs of Ticket Holders who are disabled or who have other access requirements very seriously and actively encourage people of all abilities to attend the Event. If you have access requirements for the Event and have not already notified the Festival organisers, please tell the Admissions Team before entering.
What is the difference between VIP tickets and General Admission?
The dedicated VIP area is for those wishing to elevate their festival experience and is the perfect way to experience Got The Love Festival. You will be given access to the exclusive VIP area which boasts a separate stage viewing area, private cocktail bar & upgraded toilets for VIP use only.
Can I bring additional children with me with my family ticket?
Yes, you can select additional children from the “add-ons” section after you have selected your tickets. However, please note all children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will not be allowed entry without a parent or guardian.
What age are children free until?
The festival give all children under 5 a free ticket with any adult or family ticket. To book a free under 5’s ticket, please add this on at the time of booking.
What ages are children allowed on a family ticket?
A family ticket includes two children from 5 to 17.
What does a family ticket include?
A family ticket includes entry for two adults and two children up to the age of 17. Additional children require an additional child ticket which can be purchased as an “add-on”. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
How do I get to Got The Love Festival?
Got The Love Festival takes place at Quex Park. Quex Park is easily located by car, train or bus. All admissions by car, taxi or on foot must be via Gate 3 or 4, along Manston Road. This incudes drop offs.
What3words is the easiest way to locate the gate entrance with ///adapt/orbit/evolve.
The nearest train station is Westgate-on-sea. Taxis from Westgate-on-sea take around 4 minutes and costs approximately £10. Walking from Westgate-on-sea to Quex Park will take around 45 minutes. The route for people walking to us from the station is here.
Alternatively, you can opt for the train to Margate. Taxis from Margate take approximately 10 minutes and costs around £15.

Can I park at Got The Love Festival?
Yes, there will be parking on site.
What time is the Got The Love carpark open?
The Got The Love carpark is open:
On Friday 24 May the car park is open from 4pm to 11pm.
On Saturday 25 May the car park is open from 10am to 11pm.
Can cars be left overnight at Got The Love?
Cars cannot be left overnight at Got The Love, as they have no insurance for this.
How far is it from the carpark to the admission gate at Got The Love?
The car park is under 5 minutes’ walk to the main Got The Love festival site.
How much does carparking cost at Got The Love?
Secure your Got The Love parking ahead of time for exclusive rates:
Friday 24 May: Advance £8, On the day £10.
Saturday 25 May: Advance £13, On the day £15.
Check 'Add Ons' in our ticket section to buy yours early.
Parking spaces will be allocated strictly on a first come first serve basis.

ACCESSIBILITY AT GOT THE LOVE FESTIVAL IS VERY IMPORTANT.
Please see below for guidance on booking your ticket, requesting a free Essential Companions or Personal Assistant ticket if needed and how to notify the festival if you have special requirements at the festival. STEP ONE:
Please book your Festival Ticket via our ticketing platform. Choose any Add Ons you may require such as under 18 tickets. Once you’ve completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. It is really important you input your correct email address when purchasing. If all you require is a ticket then when you arrive at the festival, head to the wristband exchange point and have yourself an amazing day!
STEP TWO:
If you have any special requirements and/or would like to book a free Personal Assistant or Essential Companion ticket, please email hello@gotthelovefestival.com and they will send you an Accessibility Form, so they can collect the information they require and ensure they can meet your needs at Got The Love Festival.
