Yes you must be 18 or over to attend GALA Festival. You may be asked to show photo ID.

• Please don’t bring large bags of any description, we want to get you in quickly and safely without prolonged search times.
• Drugs, other than prescription drugs (matching ID is required to bring inside)
• Pets
• Folding chairs / selfie sticks
• Glass of any kind
• Food and Drink (there is plenty inside)
• Drones and unmanned aircraft
• Professional filming equipment (hand held personal cameras are permitted)
• Make up and Sunscreen are permitted, you may be asked to test on yourself.

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
