Funk and Soul Weekender festival

The Soundcrash Funk & Soul Weekender has been postponed to May 2022. Official statement from event organisers below

"Dear Funk & Soul Weekender Family,

With great regret, we must announce that The Weekender cannot take place in 2021 and will be postponed to May 2022. Despite the enormous efforts of our team, government guidance has now made it clear that an event such as this is not possible in this period.

We have been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to bring back the same fantastic line-up for 2022 with all 100+ artists and headliners. We will be using the extra time to greatly expand the festival by adding extra stages, loads of new artists (including one of our biggest ever festival headliners!) and, well, heaps more extra activities.

All tickets for the 2020 and 2021 event remain valid for 2022. This is an extremely testing time to work within the events and hospitality industry and we politely ask you to stand by us during this time. Thank you so much for your ongoing patience.

We are incredibly grateful for all the support and love the festival has received during the last year and are looking forward immensely to seeing you all at the seaside for the biggest party of 2022!
