FOMO Fest

FOMO Fest takes place Saturday 5 September, 2026.

FOMO Fest is held at Food Museum in Stowmarket, Suffolk.

Yes, FOMO Fest is a family friendly festival but please be aware that all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.

Yes, you are free to leave and re-enter FOMO Fest as long as your festival wristband is clearly visible and still intact.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event with large crowds, loud music, and funfair rides, pets are not permitted at FOMO Fest - with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

Picnics and sealed soft drinks (maximum of 1 litre per person) are allowed at FOMO Fest but no alcoholic drinks can be brought into the festival. 

The following items are prohibited at FOMO Fest:

• Alcohol from outside the festival
• Unsealed soft drinks
• Soft drinks that exceed the permitted limit of 1 litre per person
• Umbrellas
• Tables
• Flagpoles
• Parasols
• Gazebos
• Tents
• Laser pens
• Gas canisters
• Aerosols and spray cans
• BBQs
• Fireworks
• Sparklers
• Candles
• Flares
• Glass
• Metal cutlery
• Breakable crockery
• Pen knives
• Pocket knives
• Sharp objects
• Syringes (other than EpiPens or similar medical devices)
• Any illegal substances (drugs and 'legal highs' including N20 and associated equipment such as balloons)
• Dogs (except for registered assistance dogs)
• Professional photography equipment

Anyone who refuses to surrender any prohibited items will be refused entry to the festival.

It's a good idea to be prepared for the great British summer at FOMO Fest (we recommend packing suncream and a rain mac) and suitable footwear, especially if the weather has been wet. Bringing cash is also advised as poor internet connection can affect the ability to accept card payments. Most importantly, don't forget your ticket!

As long as it's safe to proceed, FOMO Fest will go ahead rain or shine! Please check the weather forecasts leading up to the event and dress for the conditions, with appropriate footwear. A poncho or rain mac is a great idea but remember umbrellas are not permitted.

There is no on-site parking at FOMO Fest, but a pre-bookable Park & Ride service will be in operation from Gateway 14 in Stowmarket. Park & Ride buses will operate regularly between the car park and the festival site from 10am to 11pm. Stowmarket Railway Station is also a 10min walk from the Festival site with direct trains to London, Colchester, Ipswich, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds & Cambridge. We encourage local festival goers to arrive on foot to reduce the impact on the environment and reduce town centre congestion.
