Is there camping available at Existance Festival?
Yes, there is camping at Existence Festival. Camping is free with a valid festival ticket. You can otherwise bring your live-in vehicle and park it in dedicated parking area with a live-in vehicle pass. Take your own tent and camping equipment, including sleeping bags, mattresses, torch lights, toiletries and all the necessary to be comfy for a few days.

Existance Festival is held at Charlton Park, Malmesbury. SN16 9RU
Is there an age limit to Existance Festival?
Existance Festival is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. They do not permit entry to anyone under this age, so please make arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend.
What are the gate times at Existance Festival? Can I leave the site at any time?
Gates will open as follows:
Thursday 13th June 16:00 - 23:00
Friday 14th June 10:00 - 23:00
Saturday 15th June 10:00 - 23:00
Sunday 16th June 10:00 - 17:00 (last entry)
You can leave the site any time you want, but there will be no re-entry outside gates opening hours. If you did leave in the middle of the night, you wouldn't be able to get back in until the morning. But bear in mind they have a no vehicle movement policy at night.
What time do we need to leave the Existance Festival site?
Everyone is to leave the Existance festival site by Monday 17th June at 16:00.
What if I'm a bit late and I will reach the Existance Festival site after the gates have closed?
If you get to Existance Festival site later 22:45, you won't be allowed in. Please, make sure you plan your journey accordingly.
Can I bring food & drink into Existance Festival?
While you're welcome to bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for personal consumption to Existance Festival, we encourage you to support the food stalls and bars, offering a variety of delicious options and refreshing drinks throughout the festival.
You are allowed to bring up to 8 cans and 1 bottle of wine with you to Existance Festival. No spirits are allowed and no glass either - please decant your wine bottle. Anything exceeding these numbers or kept in glass bottles, will be taken by security at the gates, with no returns. There will be licensed bars on-site serving a selection of alcoholic beverages and we encourage everyone to support the festival. The bars are fully stocked to cater to your needs.
What time does the music start and finish at Existance Festival?
The Existance Festival program officially starts at 10:00 AM Friday 14th June. After that, music will be on 10:00 AM - 04:00 AM on Friday and Saturday, and 10:00 AM - 00:00 (midnight) on Sunday.
Are there any restrictions on what I can bring to Existance Festival?
For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, please refrain from bringing any weapons, fireworks, stoves or illegal substances to Existance Festival. Additionally, please avoid bringing any glassware to reduce the risk of accidents.
Can I reach the Existance Festival site with public transport?
The nearest major train station to Existance Festival is Swindon, from which you can catch the bus 99 to Chippenham and get off at Milbourne Lane, which is very close to the festival site. Or alternatively you can get to Chippenham train station, and get the same bus but directed to Swindon instead, and get off at Milbourne Lane.
Is there parking available at Existance Festival?
Limited parking is available on-site at Existance Festival for those who need it. However, we encourage the use of public transportation or carpooling to reduce traffic congestion and environmental impact.
I can't make it to Existance Festival anymore, can I get a refund?
No, Existance Festival tickets are not refundable.
Can I buy an Existance Festival ticket on the door?
Yes, there will be limited Existance Festival tickets on the door.
Will there be accessible provisions at Existance Festival?
Yes of course, there will be dedicated accessible camping area with carpark near the main arena, and accessible toilets across the site. The Existance Festival site itself is flat and easy to move around.
Do you offer carers tickets for Existance Festival?
Carers / personal assistants tickets for Existance Festival ticket holders with disabilities will be issued free of charge after providing a copy of your photographic ID, together with one of the following documents:
- Blue Badge
- Disability Benefit Letter (DLA/PIP), or War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (or government standard equivalent).
- Certification of severe Visual Impairment (BD8 or CVI Certificate).
- Access Card – also known as a CredAbility Card or Nimbus Card.
- A Recognised Assistance Dog ID card (where applicable).
The carer must be 18 or above, since this is a 18+ only event. Where none of the above apply, a valid medical professional’s letter will be considered. Once on site, you will get access to a dedicated accessible camping area and carpark; there will be accessible toilets across the site too. Please, email us the above evidence together with your ticket number and name on the ticket. Existance Festival will issue the carers ticket after reviewing your application.
